Our journey began in the heart of Seattle, WA, where we spent 25 years pouring our passion into the restaurant industry. After building the restaurant "Mona's" into a celebrated top 100 bistro, we made the bittersweet decision to sell and step into retirement - but the pull of the industry never quite let us go.

Drawn back by our love of food and community, we embarked on a new adventure and established Lola's Lounge in Elk Grove in 2013. After almost six wonderful years, we felt it was time to grow, and we relocated to the vibrant Broadway district, nestled alongside the charming Land Park neighborhood.

With this fresh chapter came an exciting new vision - to weave our rich Puerto Rican heritage into every dish we serve. Today, we are incredibly proud to hold the distinction of being Sacramento's first Puerto Rican restaurant, and we look forward to sharing our culture, our flavors, and our story with every guest who walks through our doors.
